Made using 100% vegetarian rennet and 100% Italian milk, this is a genuine alternative to Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano for vegetarians.
This cheese is produced in an old monastery farm in the Lombardy region of Italy using traditional hard pressed Italian cheese making techniques.
Available in wedges of different weights and grated.
