Bon bon of Parmesan cheese

Ingredients for 4:

100 gr of Parmesan Cheese Cheese cut into small pieces
100 gr of dark chocolate

Time: 20 minutes
Procedure: dissolve and tempering chocolate in a water bath. Dip the pieces of Parmesan cheese in chocolate with a fork.
Allow to dry and cool on paper oily and serve.
